This was my first time using ModWash, and I had an amazing experience! My car was completely covered in mud, and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure it came out looking awesome. He personally used the pressure washer to get the heavy mud off before sending my car through the wash, and the difference was incredible! Jordan also explained the ModMax membership and offered me a great deal. What impressed me the most was how professional, friendly, and hardworking he was. He was handling everything on his own—from the pay station area to the tunnel—while still taking the time to make sure my car was properly taken care of. Huge thanks to Jordan for the excellent customer service and for making my car look clean again! Definitely a great first experience at ModWash, and I’m very satisfied with the ModMax membership. Highly recommended

Excellent service! The young lady at the car wash was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She treated me with kindness and made sure I had a great experience. Her customer service was amazing. Janette was extremely helpful in explaining the different perks of each membership including the process and products for the car wash; she help me upgrade my account for the premium. Also Jordan and Carlis was of great help, reminding me of the stuff I had in the back of my pick up truck. Super charismatic.

Very good equipment to wash my car, they have several things that other car washes do not have, such as tissues, high-power vacuum cleaners, very good blow gun. In addition, the attention of the RICKY, JIM and JEANNETTE the team is very nice and friendly, they always greet me and make me feel comfortable

I had a great experience at ModWash thanks to Jeannette. She was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain the different wash options and made sure I understood the services that would work best for my car. Jeannette’s customer service was excellent. She had a very positive attitude and made the whole experience quick and easy. It’s always nice to see someone who truly cares about helping customers and making sure everything runs smoothly. My car came out looking spotless, and the overall service was fast and efficient. Employees like Jeannette make a big difference and are the reason I would definitely return to this location again. Thank you for the great service!

Rick and Les and Krystal has the best customer service it’s always a pleasure to come to this car wash. They treat you like family, especially if you get the membership which I recommend you get car wash in Florida.mod car wash gets the Job done

This place is great it has Friendly staff and free vacuums, free towels to use. It also has air guns and an amazing mat cleaner that washes and dries. There’s even a scrub station with soap and brush to get the stuck on stuff.
